Nicola was the para legal dealing with my late father’s Will & Probate. I would highly recommend her services. She made a difficult time much easier and was always on hand to answer our questions and came back with quick responses.

Probate and House Sale
We instructed Michael to handle our parents' affairs - initially for obtaining Probate and ultimately house sale. It was a lengthy, at times complex process taking approximately two and a half years to complete. Throughout the entire process we were kept fully updated. Nicola Hartley was superb in keeping us fully in the loop, responding to emails and telephone calls quickly. We cannot thank MIchael and his team enough for all of their support throughout this difficult time and would highly recommend their services.

Will Writing
My husband and I had our will written recently. The whole experience from contacting them and having an initial conversation to completing and signing the will, Henry Hyams solicitor was fantastic. It was professionally dealt with, clear advice, approachable, and great communication.

Lasting Power of Attorney
Nicola Hartley prepared Lasting Powers of Attorney for both myself and my partner. We were very pleased with her friendly approach and advice. Probate and House Sale

Immigration
Henry hymas has been assisting me from last 6 or 7 years,I had an excellent experience with them. Recently Nicola Hartley has been supported me through my citizenship application and it's been successful. I am great full for her hard work. I would strongly recommend Henry Hyams.

Successful Right of Abode and British passport application from Nigeri
I am Edos currently based in Lagos. I contacted Henry Hyams as regards my immigration status to the UK from Nigeria. I was advised to apply for a right of abode first which was successful without any issues. On applying for my British passport, had some little issues but Nicola who was handling my case as at that time was very professional and helpful. A very good experience all the way!
