    High Standards With A Personable Approach

    Highly recommend Nicola Hartley at Henry Hyams for will preparation. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and patient, taking the time to explain complex legal jargon in simple, plain language, making the entire process efficient and stress-free. She listened carefully to my wishes and structured everything perfectly and that is the key standard for a very important decision document. Furthermore the turn-around time for the draft and final documents was fantastic. A Five-star service! As I say, I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sort out their estate.

    I found Nicola Hartley to be professional, respectful, compassionate regarding the delicate situation in a family bereavement. She followed my Uncle's last wishes with integrity. They untook the whole process, which took alot of pressure from family members as the executors lived in Scotland.

    Henry Hyams was engaged to deal with the probate of a family member, Nicola Hartley was our primary contact. Nicola dealt with us in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Emails were our primary form of contact, paperwork and forms were explained clearly. There was regular communication and updates and at no time did we have to chase details on the progress.
