I instructed Rachel, following a recommendation, to deal with my divorce, which then ended in needing an occupation order and an FDR hearing. I could not of been more happy of my choice. She dealt with so much for me, taking a lot of the stress out of it and I completely trusted her recommendations. She supported me throughout the whole difficult process and was successful in obtaining an occupation order when needed and then in my successful FDR outcome. It was such a relief having someone on my side able to fight for what I was entitled to. I can’t thank her enough and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

We couldn’t recommend Rachel highly enough. Rjs have been superb from start to finish. After sadly losing my sister last year we were denied contact to my young nephew. We contacted Rachel and she sympathetically understood our difficult situation straight away. She explained everything clearly and concisely all the way through and was always available to speak to us regarding our concerns whenever we rang. We always felt listened to. She is very knowledgeable and confidently guided us through this difficult and stressful process. We would highly recommend Rachel and rjs family law to anyone.
