Lasting Power of Attorney

My wife and I have been clients of Boyes Turner for many years and had set up Enduring Power of Attorney in 2000. We decided that we needed to change this in keeping with recent changes in the law, and to renew our Lasting Power of Attorneys for both our Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare. Charlotte Smith, was our point of contact and guided us through the process. She was very helpful, efficient and well informed. She made everything understandable and straightforward. We would happily recommend her services.
