Conveyancing
Klaudia and Emma have been absolutely amazing to get our sale and purchase over the line.
I feel that they went above and beyond and were never too busy to speak to us, even if we left a message we always got a call back. Klaudia was very reassuring and always put us at ease, very helpful.

First Class Service
I have used Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors at least four times for different matters in the past, and always been happy with the completeness and conclusion of each especially with resolving a family dispute firmly to an amicable close. I would recommend the whole firm highly.

Excellent, efficient and professional service
We took the decision to sell our holiday let business this year after 16 years of ownership. Whilst it was a difficult step to take, we were extremely impressed with the professional manner in which our Solicitor dealt with the matter. A few problems did occur, but she was always reassuring, confident and assertive in her approach, which in turn gave us complete faith in the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Klaudia Karas to anybody seeking the transfer of there business or property. Thank you once again.

They stayed calm when I started to waver!
I was looking to dispose of a rental property and if no hesitation in reaching out to this firm to act for me (I have used them previously).
From the first contact I found Klaudia and the team approachable, friendly and supremely knowledgable. After setting initial expectations and having the time to talk about my non-traditional circumstances I had very little to do. Klaudia worked diligently, efficiently and was supremely confident throughout - even when I stared to waver (one sale fell through at the final hurdle).
Klaudia was key to getting this matter over the line when we found another buyer, and kept me appraised throughout. Emails and calls were promptly answered and we had great communication between us. I know she did a lot of work in addressing buyer queries - only reverting to me when absolutely needed.
The fee was entirely reasonable, and clearly explained/ set out. I have no hesitation in recommending Klaudia and team at GL - have the A Team in your corner.

Excellent service from Klaudia Karas
Klaudia acted for us last year in the sale of a property, being very professional and polite and as a result we used her again this year in the sale of another property. Despite numerous delays by the buyer's solicitor on this occasion, she kept us informed of any delays or progress throughout. On the day of exchange and completion she went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through to meet our deadline of completion by the end of the tax year. We would have no hesitation in instructing her again.
