Personable and professional engagement, well versed in the field of writing wills and execution of estate to beneficiaries (raising aspects that had not been considered). We had a property that needed to have the Title split for sale. All high street and online conveyancers in our area had turned down the work due to "lack of staff resources" or "lack of capacity". Geoffrey Leaver, although far from our home base, had worked successfully in another matter for us, and agreed to take on this new work and attendant property purchases.
