Liz Duffy and her staff particularly Lyn was always extremely professional and very supportive. I sold my house and purchased another property under Liz’s help and guidance. We are Landlords and have used this service many times to buy and sell property, Liz and Lynn are very professional and understand the processes and timeframes involved.
Any delays we have encountered are due to the other party solicitor or the Government bodies who are slow to provide paperwork.
We are happy with the service provided by the conveyancing team in Warwick.

Excellent service
I would highly recommend Lyn and Isabelle for any conveyancing work. What I thought would be a straight forward transaction ended up being slightly more complicated and drawn out, at no fault of either of them. Isabelle handled everything very professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. An emotional time was made easier by their help.

Great experience!

Reliable local law firm
