Even though my case was admittedly very complicated, their hard work has taken me from no contact with my daughter, to building a meaningful relationship with her.
Their knowledge, experience and professionalism is outstanding and I was extremely impressed with the representation I had from them in court. But what really separates this firm from the rest is the level of care they have for their clients. They wanted to do everything they could to help me, and with my case they truly went over and above.
They aren’t just great solicitors, they are great people and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done.

Divorce without any hassle
The service I had from Bethan , Grant , James and the team was fantastic throughout. They made a difficult period stress free and were very patient, caring and kind all through the process. Highly recommended - superb service
Until recently, I'd naively assumed that one solicitor firm was very much like another. A Five Star Review
Grant and his team were there for me when my world suddenly and unexpectedly became a dark and lonely place. He guided me calmly and professionally through a tortuous divorce involving complex child-custody and financial matters. The journey lasted more than two years.
Because of Grant, I am writing these words from the safety and comfort of our formal marital home. Our daughter lives with me most of the time and I have enough money and energy to rebuild my life.
I was unable to control the events leading to our separation but I was able to chose the right team to get me the best outcome.
Not all heroes wear capes!

Child Arrangement Matter
This has been the most stressful time of my life. I have never had to take legal advise before and the whole process overwhelmed me.
Grant and Nel took on my case and guided me through the process from start to finish. I felt that I had their full support right from the start.
Not the cheapest but sometimes you have to spend the money to get the best outcome.
I will forever be grateful for their help with me successfully securing my child arrangement order.

Grant and Bethany throughout my case have been amazing, and their efforts have taken me from no contact with my daughter to building a meaningful father and daughter relationship.
My case was admittedly very complicated, me not even knowing my daughter’s name at the beginning, and constant obstacles were thrown our way. Grant and Bethany were extremely supportive, caring and professional throughout a very difficult time in my life.
Bethany’s attention to detail is unparalleled, I was always more than prepared for every hearing thanks to her work. The statements she wrote for me were incredible and most importantly, it was clear she really cared and wanted to do everything she could to help me see my daughter.
I was extremely impressed with the representation I received in court from both Grant and Bethany.
I will also point out their urgent approach towards my case. For example, Grant drafted and sent the first letter to the other side on the very first day shortly after the initial consultation. Anything that needing doing was always done straight away, and they were always easy to contact.
I would highly recommend their services and if I need a family law solicitor again, I will not look anywhere else.

Great service all round
After approaching Grant Stephens back in December 2022, I was put at ease with his direct approach and his step by step instructions. Nel took over in January 2023 and her time keeping of chasing up emails were always prompt and direct with keeping myself updated. When needed Nel always makes herself available for a telephone conversation. Great service all round.

Family matter
Grant Stephens Family Law have been Incredible. They have taken the upmost care with our family matter and have been on hand at any time. They are honestly everything you would be looking for within a family lawyer to not only guide you through a process which has been very unfamiliar to me but support me during a difficult and uncertain period.
