Knowledgable and supportive throughout
Kaine represented me in relation to an employment matter following my maternity leave, which was a stressful and difficult situation for me. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional, but also very understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. Kaine always took the time to properly explain things to me, whether over the phone or by email, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Her support and explanations of each stage of the process made everything feel much more manageable for me. Kaine listened to my concerns and was supportive of the decisions I wanted to make, whilst also being honest about the potential outcomes and making sure I understood the other options available to me. I really appreciated that she was transparent from the outset about what to expect and the realities of my case. I felt very confident having Kaine represent me and felt that my case was in safe hands throughout.
