We contacted Mr Shafa to assist with a consumer complaint against a car dealer who refused to communicate with us and refused a refund for the car we purchased and complained about within 2 days of purchase. Mr Shafa gave great advice and sent a letter outlining the issues and rules of the consumer act. The dealer did make contact we settled out of court thanks to Mr Shafa and his colleagues. If it wasn’t for Mr Shafa I don’t think we would have got our money back. Thank you sincerely Mr Shafa and colleagues you do great work 👍👍👍

LKS took care of my Financial Remedy proceedings and their service was excellent. They are very professional in their approach, keep you up-to-date with the progress, very approachable and cooperative. Azam, Kavita and Iram were involved in my case and they were very organised and I knew I was in safe hands. All documentation was done in line with the court orders and we were always on time with our submissions. A lot of last minute hard work was put to get over the line and we achieved what we wanted to. Another good thing about LKS is that they were very cooperative in their payment terms otherwise I would have seriously struggled. Overall, I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them highly.
