Jennifer joined MSB Solicitors as an Associate Solicitor in March 2024. Jennifer graduated in 2004, before going on to complete her Legal Practice Course. Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in a Liverpool city centre firm in 2010. Jennifer specialises in all aspects of private family law, with a particular interest and focus on divorce and financial disputes arising from marital breakdown. Jennifer’s cases have previously involved mid – high net worth assets which include business assets, pensions, inheritance issues and assets outside the UK. Jennifer is also experienced in dealing with disputes between un-married partners (TOLATA), nuptial and cohabitation agreements. With over 15 years’ experience in the legal profession, in Merseyside and Cheshire, Jennifer has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Jennifer takes a pragmatic and sensitive approach to each of her cases, as she is aware this will be a particularly stressful time for the clients she works with. She is focused on achieving the best possible outcome for clients. She can quickly identify key features in a case, enabling her to adopt the most amicable and cost-effective strategy. Throughout Jennifer’s career, she has represented TV personalities, doctors, business owners and other legal professionals. Jennifer is also a member of the Liverpool Law Society Family Business Sub-Committee.
