Paul Richardson and Poppy Jackson acted for us on our purchase of a property and they made the process as pain-free and efficient as possible. Despite various issues on the vendor side, they worked with a very condensed timetable to ensure that we completed before the end of the stamp duty holiday window (which saved us a small fortune!) and kept us updated throughout the process. They have also been very helpful with post-completion matters such as the registration of title and our mortgage at the Land Registry.
