We had a particularly stressful house move due to a very difficult and inflexible buyer, but the conveyancing team at Gordons were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Throughout the process, they were proactive, responsive and always one step ahead. We never felt the need to chase for updates because they were consistently on the front foot, keeping us informed and dealing with issues as they arose. What really stood out, though, was the human approach. We never felt like just another file on someone's desk. It genuinely felt as though they were in our corner, fighting for our best interests and understanding just how stressful the situation had become. They were always available to talk things through, gave honest advice about what was and wasn't reasonable from the other side, and provided the reassurance we needed at every stage. While we couldn't control the challenges created elsewhere in the chain, Gordons removed as much stress as possible from the legal side of the process.
