We had a freehold house sale and a leasehold flat purchase. At all times we felt that Heleni and her paralegal, Dariia Momot, worked effectively to resolve issues and keep us fully informed. The sale was relatively straightforward, but the purchase became fraught due to inefficiencies on the part of the vendor's advisers. Heleni identified the issues very clearly and kept up the pressure to bring things to a conclusion. Even to the extent of chasing the freeholder's solicitor for action at the last minute - a job really for the vendor's solicitor. All the time with the calmest of demeanour. We also note that the deal took place during the holiday period. When Heleni was away for a week, her fellow solicitor (Samantha Chubb) managed the matter in a wholly seamless manner.
