I considered a number of solicitors for my flat purchase. Gordons (specifically Mike Slade) were the best value for money and were confident in the tightest timeline. Mike certainly delivered, turning the entire process from offer to completion around in just six weeks. Could not recommend him more - always available and on hand for questions, supplied and reviewed all documents properly, and guided me through the entire process.

AVOID
If I were you, I'd avoid using this company at all. Extremely unprofessional, bad advice + service all round, and just uninterested in their clients. No attention to detail or care. I used Mike Slade to sell my property, never again. Mistakes and ill advice he gave cost me money, and his poor attention to detail meant the sale took 5 months - 2 months where he had no reason to give me for the delay.
Even my formal complaint wasn't dealt with professionally, with the director James Gordon telling me numerous times he "hadn't read it properly" or reviewed it. Rude and shockingly unprofessionally bad solicitor firm.

Michael makes the whole process stress free.
I have utilized Michael for circa 4 house acquisitions and disposals over a 15 year period. I have nothing but positives for the way he works and conducts his affairs. All the team you interact always seem very helpful and knowledgeable. I do recommend your services, my oldest son having used you for his first property acquisition. Michael makes the whole process stress free, which is much appreciated!
