If I were you, I'd avoid using this company at all. Extremely unprofessional, bad advice + service all round, and just uninterested in their clients. No attention to detail or care. I used Mike Slade to sell my property, never again. Mistakes and ill advice he gave cost me money, and his poor attention to detail meant the sale took 5 months - 2 months where he had no reason to give me for the delay. Even my formal complaint wasn't dealt with professionally, with the director James Gordon telling me numerous times he "hadn't read it properly" or reviewed it. Rude and shockingly unprofessionally bad solicitor firm.
