Samantha began her legal career in 2007 as an office junior before progressing to secretary and then legal assistant. Over the years she focused on specialising in residential conveyancing. Samantha has continued to work in conveyancing and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in April 2024 although she has been solely responsible for running files since 2020. Throughout her career, she has supported numerous clients across property transactions, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to client service. Samantha is known for her thorough approach, ensuring all aspects of conveyancing are handled efficiently and effectively. Her ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly makes her a valued member of the conveyancing team. Samantha joined MBH in February 2025. She works within our busy conveyancing team dealing with all residential conveyancing matters. Samantha has worked on approximately 300 cases per year since qualifying. Samantha is supervised by Senior Partner, Caroline Rooks. Out of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.

    When we met very specific challenges, my solicitor pulled out all the stops to solve it which was really appreciated. It was expensive but I guess that’s usual for legal processes.

    When selling and buying a house is one of the most stressful times ever, the service I received from Samantha Marandi was second to none.
