Excellent, I cannot recommend enough!
I have used MBH Solicitors four times now for house sales and purchases, the reason I keep going back to them is because they are amazing! Caroline and Georgia always go above and beyond to push things along in the process and I always look forward to every conversation with them. The team is both friendly and professional and I wouldn't think twice about using them again. Honestly... if you need a solicitor don't look anywhere else, they really are the best around!

Brilliant experience with Caroline and Georgia. I am a first time buyer. they made this experience really easy for me, and I did not feel stresses. You always hear that solicitors are really slow with replying but couldn’t fault them both with replies. if I need any further help in the future, I would definitely go back MBH.

The wording in each section explained in seperate letter with draft Will.

Excellent Service Regarding A Transfer Of Equity
I had a very messy/complicated Transfer of Equity process to follow with my home due to a partner separation, therefore needed a Property Conveyancer. My sister had a good experience with using MBH previously when purchasing her home, therefore had been highly recommended to me.
My Conveyancer who took on my case (Sammy) was brilliant, and got me through the process one step at a time with regular comms all along the way, resulting in the buy out of my home from my ex partner completing correctly.
AA* Service and would highly recommend to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Cannot recommend Sammy and Elisha enough they have made the whole experience in buying my First home stress free and easy. They responded to everyone of my questions and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking to buy a house Sammy is definitely the go to Solicitor!!!!
