I dealt mostly with Abigail Windle, and partly with Dawn Jones at the beginning and end of my purchase. Both were extremely attentive and helpful, which was much appreciated as I was a First-Time Buyer and didn’t know a lot about the process or what was to be expected. Abigail even called me to talk through something over the phone when I was struggling to grasp via email. I did have to chase a couple of things towards the end, but I believe this was more due to a hold-up with the seller’s solicitors rather than through Dawn or Abigail. A couple of times I did go weeks without hearing from them when things were quiet/pending, and an update to simply say “still waiting on X” or “no update but will be in touch” would’ve been appreciated to keep me in the loop, but I also know that they have lots of clients to work with, and it wouldn’t be realistic to do this for everyone! Likewise, when I did email for an update in those circumstances, they were always prompt to reply. Overall, I had a really positive experience and they took a lot of the stress out of what could’ve been a very stressful time for me. I’d definitely recommend them and use them in future.
