These are by far the best conveyancing solicitors around. They are incredibly thorough and very quick, the stark opposite of the big corporates I’ve encountered. Caroline Rooks is the solicitor on my conveyancing for a buy to let. She always responds immediately to my many many queries and has really helped me to get my mortgage over the line with an incredibly tight deadline. I would not use anyone else and without her help it wouldn’t have been done in time. I strongly recommend!

We used McCarthy Bennett Holland recently on our house purchase, Caroline was the lady dealing with our case and she was fabulous, everytime I rang (which was quite regular) I managed to speak to her, never had any of this 'she'll get back to you' and never doesn't.
We had an awful time with our buyers solicitor who was basically AWOL and Caroline dealt with this brilliantly, everything was done very promptly and communication was always forefront, I would recommend her to everyone I know needing this kind of service.

Excellent, I cannot recommend enough!
I have used MBH Solicitors four times now for house sales and purchases, the reason I keep going back to them is because they are amazing! Caroline and Georgia always go above and beyond to push things along in the process and I always look forward to every conversation with them. The team is both friendly and professional and I wouldn't think twice about using them again. Honestly... if you need a solicitor don't look anywhere else, they really are the best around!

Brilliant experience with Caroline and Georgia. I am a first time buyer. they made this experience really easy for me, and I did not feel stresses.
