Thank you to Kath Shallicker for her excellent work registering deeds with the Land Registry! This was a most difficult and complicated task and I couldn't have found a more competent person to deal with this.
Due to the complexity of the case it took many months for the work to be completed but Kath regularly kept me up to date with the procedure.
I would also like to thank Rowena Foat for completing our Wills. The whole process was explained to us clearly ensuring that we were very happy with the final documents.

Making a Will
Rowena was absolutely lovely, she was very considerate and understanding of my situation. Rowena asked me some questions and listened carefully to what I was saying, and therefore worded the Will in a way that said what I wanted it too. Thank you so much Rowena for being there for me.

Free Will Scheme
My husband and I opted to update our wills through the Free Wills Service. McCarthy Bennett Holland Solicitors contacted us after we submitted an application through our chosen charity, Wigan and Leigh Hospice. The legal process was explained fully by Rowena Foat and all of our questions answered. There was no charge. We gave a voluntary donation to Wigan and Leigh Hospice instead.
