    Do I need probate?

    Found local solicitors online, in this case MBH Solicitors made a free 1/2 hour appointment and asked do I need probate? Short answer. Yes. The solicitors was very helpful and definitely knew all about probate. Now I know its called 'Grant of Probate'. From start to finish it took less than 6 months which I think is good special thanks to my solicitor and her secretary all involved at MBH Solicitors.

    Easy to make appointment. Visitor parking near entrance. Explaine fully what each clause meant. Showed charges before starting workon will. Letters clear and precise, explaining specialpoints such as showing proof of identity. Friendly and did not have to wait long to be seen Would devenetely use again
