I recently instructed Fozia at Swift with regard the purchase of a new property.
I have bought & sold several properties over the years, but this is the first time using Swift.
I cannot recommend these people enough, Fozia has been polite, professional & extremely informative throughout. Speedy responses to all my e-mails & inquiries, the overall time taken for her to complete her work has been nothing less than amazing...... will definitely be using this company for future transactions

We commissioned Swift Lawyers to provide conveyancing services when we sold our house. Poor communication, unprofessional service and a complete lack of interest in our sale from Fozia Bibi, our case handler, resulted in our buyers having no trust in the legal service. We ended up switching to a different solicitor who got the job done. No apologies for the unacceptable service we received and to add insult to injury, we are still waiting for £106 to be returned to us from funds on account...this is now 7 months overdue. No one is interested in helping us. Please avoid this firm!

I would not recommend Swift lawyers to anyone.
Not only did they never respond to calls or emails. They lost me the sale of my house !!
When I did finally get through to Fozia ! She was not even bothered that my sale had fallen through because the sellers solicitor never got a response to any correspondence so got tired of waiting for her. When I finally got the sellar to change there mind and carry on again. She still did not respond to them or ME and lost the property for a second time.. Do Not Use these people !!
