As first-time buyers, we weren't sure what to expect from the home-buying process, but Tollers made it genuinely smooth from start to finish. A special mention for Kimberley Osborne, who was fantastic throughout. Her communication was excellent, and she took the time to talk us through each step so we always knew what was happening and why. Nothing felt rushed or confusing, even as newcomers to the process. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone buying their first home.

We had the pleasure of working with Kimberley Osborne during our recent house purchase, and we honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Kimberley was an absolute delight to work with—professional, approachable, and incredibly efficient. Despite the stress and complications caused by our lower chain, Kimberley helped make the rest of the process feel as smooth and manageable as possible. She was always quick to respond to our queries, no matter how big or small, and her clear, reassuring communication helped made the process feel lighter for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Kimberley and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Dear Priscilla Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review for Kimberley and her team. We are so pleased that you got to experience how professional, approachable, and efficient she is and that she ensured the process was managed in the best way for you. We wish you many happy years in your new home. Team Tollers
Kimberly was recommended to us by a family member who had also used Tollers as their conveyancing solicitor. Having had a bad experience with a different solicitor when selling a property, we could not fault Kimberly or any of the staff at Tollers at all, it was such a different experience to the other firm. Replies were speedy, we were kept well informed and everything was made clear to us with a polite, friendly but professional approach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kimberly at Tollers.

I was recommended a few different solicitors and after checking reviews, decided to take a chance with Tollers. I can honestly say, it was the BEST decision and money well spent. Kimberley and her team worked to tight time frames to get my case over the line. There were a few complexities and they smoothed everything out, keeping me informed at every step of the process. I am so pleased with the service provided and have recommended Tollers Stevenage to others. I am looking forward to working with them again soon. I highly recommend Kimberley for her efficiency, attention to detail as well as her wealth of knowledge and experience. She’s a credit to Tollers.

I cannot tell you how grateful my wife and I are to Tollers for the excellent service they have provided in completing our last five conveyances both purchases and sales. Our last move was completed so professionally by Kimberly and her magnificent team. We had big problems with our buyer and their solicitors but Kimberly guided us through the mire to the best conclusion. Thank you Kimberly. I am sorry it has taken so long for everyone to know how good you and your team are. Well done! I would recommend Tollers without reservation. Dan and Noreen Tranter
