ceri bevan and her team were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to resolve difficult issues we faced them with. Covid 19 must have proved difficult for the team, at times, but none of this seemed to phase them. We have used Brockbanks since the early 2000s and been extremely satisfied with their professional attitude. We will have no hesitation in using their services in the near future or recommending them to friends.

I found Brockbanks extremely professional in their work. The sale of my mother's house after the probate had gone through went extremely smoothly. Everything was explained clearly and they just dealt with things as they came up. I was well informed on the progress throughout. It couldn't have been easier.

House Sale.
The buyer dragged his feet somewhat. Ceri was patient and her experience showed. I was well informed but occasionally had to chase things up. Impatience on my part I have no doubt.

Excellent service
