Wills and probate

Daunting Task of Will Writing
We are sure that most people who face the task of writing their Wills find this very daunting. My Husband and I were very lucky in being recommended Couchman Hanson Solicitors. As we entered the office, the staff were so friendly. Immediately we were at ease when we first met Jayanthie Moodley (our Solicitor). New Solicitor - New Will
I was very impressed with the way the solicitor dealt with me. A small matter but with some oddities, she was very professional, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. A new solicitor in a new area. I would recommend and definitely use again.

My New Will
I felt very comfortable with Jayanthie who was approachable. She got straight to the point and explained by query about my Will with clarity and patience. She also visited my home to meet my disabled husband to explain to him the parts of the Will. I felt she had integrity and was very professional.

Financial and Health & Welfare LPA's and Will
The service provided by Jayanthie and Amy was excellent.
My brother who was the actual client is 91. They came to the house each time to save him going to the office and provided clear sound advice.
Having dealt with other solicitors in the past, the overall experience was very satisfying and refreshing.
