There patience abounds
Feels like one of the longest and most complex house sales ever, but Ian Groome and his succesor Sarah-Jane Featherstone steered us through it with consummate skill, professionalism and patience.

First time home buyer
What an amazing experience! First time purchase can be very stressful. But my solicitor Sarah-Jane has been more than helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Kept me up to date and re-assured. Open to my many questions and even helped us complete purchase within 3 months over the very busy Christmas period. Highly recommend.

House sale

Conveyancing

A great experience with Bowsers
Sarah-Jane Featherstone did any incredible job with the conveynacing for the sale of my flat and purchase of a house. The sale was incredibly painful and drawn out due to it being leasehold but Sarah-Jane was always easy to reach and gave clear updates when requested. Would definitely recommend Bowsers!
