Bowsers successfully managed to infuriate and frustrate both myself as the seller, the buyer and even exasperate the Estate Agent during the sale of my property , caused by failures/refusals to keep all parties updated in a timely manner, failures to communicate, creating undue delays by not dealing with matters in a prompt manner, providing wholly inaccurate timeframes, as well as a plethora of other issues. When I complained the complaint was totally whitewashed by Akhil Choudhury, who then became extremely angry and confrontational following a subsequent meeting with him, shouting and raising his voice, constantly interrupting and talking over me, jabbing and pointing his finger at me and even baring his teeth at one stage, and it was only my numerous attempts to de escalate the matter that he finally calmed down. This guy then refused to shake my hand at the end of the meeting. Absolutely shocking behaviour towards a paying client. Of course, when I complained, to Brian Bowser he also completely whitewashed the complaint, but also managed to somehow blame me for all of Bowsers short comings. They seem to take complaints as an affront to their business and also take the matter extremely personally and react accordingly with zero professionalism and with vindictive malice. Would never use this lot again in a million years and would advise others to stay well clear of this outfit.
