Commercial lease renewal for a retail shop.
Naomi Jones was the solicitor in hand to deal with my lease renewal, i had previously read about Naomi’s reviews and was impressed. I was very sceptical about my renewal but Naomi was very knowledgeable therefore i was at ease. Would highly recommend Naomi as her expertise in this field is second to none. Thank you Naomi for everything, you are great at what you do.
Edwyn Trail also acted on behalf me to complete and register my Land Registry, Edwyn’s expertise is this field is also second to none, would highly recommend him, very responsive and transparent. Thank you Edwyn for completing my Land Registry.

Excellent conveyancing experience
Edwyn was excellent. He acted for us in the sale of our leasehold flat. He was knowledgeable and very responsive throughout. Buyers’ solicitors had many questions and requests, and Edwyn dealt with all of that very well. We’re glad to have used his services.

Property Sale
Having previously used tv edwards for probate service. On this ocassion I required assistance with propety sale. From initial contact to completion the service and response from Edwyn was without fault. He kept me informed, was very responsive to emails and telephone calls and messages. very professional.

Excellent service for conveyance

Very efficient service
I’ve used TV Edwards previously and always found the team to be reliable and proactive. My recent transaction proved to be quite challenging at times, but Edwyn was very thorough and continually chased the other parties involved to ensure we completed without the need to reapply for another mortgage, which would have incurred further costs. Edwyn went above and beyond and was kind enough to minimum his costs, regardless of additional work required. I would certainly recommend TV Edwards and will use them again.

Excellent service throughout
Edwyn and his office were superb throughout the entire process. I was nervous on occasion as I have never sold a house before but his knowledge and advice and calm way he explained everything was very reassuring. Things ran very smoothly. Would highly recommend his services.

Edwyn was very efficient from the start. I felt like we were included and carried along all the way through the process of buying our first property. Excellent Service - Highly recommend
If hard work, great communication, diligence and customer service are qualities you value, then look no further. The service received from Edwyn was impeccable throughout the whole process of buying and selling a property and quite frankly in stark contrast to the representation of other parties involved. Ed was always available to explain matters in plain English, provide reassurance at difficult times and support us through the entirety of the transaction.
