This was the second time we have dealt with Wall James Chappell. On both occasions we have received honest advice and always very professional.

Making will - Mary Stevens Hospice scheme.
We are a couple in our seventies and wanted help in formalising wills we had drafted at home.
Our solicitor was friendly and professional, making us feel confident that she fully understood our situation and what we wanted to leave to whom.
When we didn't understand the legal jargon it was explained in a straightforward way. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service. All carried out at a reasonable cost - which also benefitted a local charity.

Excellent service dealing with power of attorney.
Wall James Chappell came out to meet with myself and my father at home. They made us feel at ease with dealing with the necessary paperwork making the whole procedure straightforward to understand. During the process through to completion they were always accessible, answering queries promptly. Would recommend to family and friends.

Wall James Chappell were recommended to us for the purpose of setting up our wills. The process went smoothly and was completed efficiently. The solicitor that dealt with this for us (Rebecca), was excellent, took time to explain the process and certain technical points. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend WJC.

I was very impressed with the service offered by the staff dealing with the process of updating my will and putting in place a power of attorney. Friendly, professionalism was shown by all and everything was explained in person and in letter, most promptly. Thank you.

Mirror wills.
My wife and I took advantage of the charity will writing scheme and were very impressed by the service provided by Wall James Chappell who responded promptly to our enquiry and made arrangements to see us quite quickly. The first draft of the wills were produced within a short time-frame and, apart from one or two 'typos', were accurate and met our specifications. We had a couple of queries about wording and 'legal-ese' and these were answered quickly and clearly. We will certainly use WJC again should we require any legal advice.
