What really stood out was her proactive approach and attention to detail. Dawn kept us regularly updated, chased matters where required, and ensured nothing was overlooked. She ensured that the easement issues which were flagged up at the 11th hour were dealt with professionally & with ease. It was very reassuring to know everything was being handled so efficiently and thoroughly. Overall, we’re very grateful for Dawn’s support and the service provided by Greenwoods. I would certainly use Greenwoods again & again. Dawn Hudson & Fran Yannon have enabled the speedy conveyancing of my property, despite Land Registry issues and buyer delays. Excellent communication and experience but the difference to other solicitors I've used is the personal touch.....a true appreciation of the impact of delays on a human level. Dawn was forthcoming on direct communication and aided matters late into the night. Don't think twice if you need a local solicitor.....Greenwoods are Excellent. Thank you to all the team
