Being a first-time buyer, there were plenty of things I wasn’t familiar with, but the team were brilliant throughout the whole process. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional, and they always took the time to explain things whenever I had questions. Communication was great and I always felt like I knew what was happening and what the next steps were. Buying your first home can be quite stressful, but the team at Greenwoods made the whole process feel much easier and were always there when I needed them. Laura Moore recently acted as Conveyancer for us for the purchase of a Leasehold apartment. It was critical that the purchase be completed in a timely manner otherwise the transaction would have fallen through. Despite multiple problems being uncovered with the sellers title and a slow initial response from their solicitors, Laura diligently and efficiently worked to bring the purchase to a successful conclusion. At all times Laura, kept us informed of the state of play and was always very quick to answer our questions by email. I would certainly use Greenwoods again & again. Dawn Hudson & Fran Yannon have enabled the speedy conveyancing of my property, despite Land Registry issues and buyer delays. Excellent communication and experience but the difference to other solicitors I've used is the personal touch.....a true appreciation of the impact of delays on a human level.
