Cutting straight to the point, Laura and her team saved the chain from collapsing and I can't thank them enough for how effective they were. Greenwoods kept me up to date with all the goings on and at no point did I ever feel left in the dark. I was presented with easy to understand forms and guidance and they worked tirelessly to get our sale and purchase over the line. Throughout the process, Laura fought for our best interests and I wouldn't think of using another solicitor again. Laura Moore recently acted as Conveyancer for us for the purchase of a Leasehold apartment. It was critical that the purchase be completed in a timely manner otherwise the transaction would have fallen through. Despite multiple problems being uncovered with the sellers title and a slow initial response from their solicitors, Laura diligently and efficiently worked to bring the purchase to a successful conclusion. Moving home is supposed to be up there as one of the more stressful times of your life, well, all that stress has been removed with the perfection that Laura has applied throughout my conveyancing. She has sold and bought for me with diligence and precision for phone calls, hand holding, and all round feeling more like a friend than a solicitor who had come recommended to me. I am smiling as I am writing this thinking how she has gone above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was happy and informed throughout the process.
