Completion finally!
We have just experienced the “Longest short chain ever”. There were only 3 people and a management company in the chain and it has taken 5 months to complete.
This delay was caused by a combination of stupidity, lack of direction from “online bucket shop solicitors” and a “money oriented management company”. Despite all of these factors Alison Ridewood battled through all the obstacles and really came through for us. The whole process has been stressful for us all. But we do appreciate everything that Alison did for us at Willett & Co.

Excellent House Sale Conveyancing Experience
From start to finish Alison was excellent. Despite having to deal with some challenging issues in the early stages she always ensured us that she would find a resolution and kept us informed at all stages with timely communication. Great contact
We were kept updated at every step . Always managed to get through on phone . Alison worked so hard for us when things went off course but she managed to deliver the best experience when things were stressful . I can’t thank her enough .
