Michael is a licensed conveyancer and joined FDC Law in 2017, in the Residential Property department in Midsomer Norton. He became Head of the department in January 2019. Originally from Dorchester in Dorset Michael studied in Bristol and worked for a regional law firm before joining FDC Law . Away from Conveyancing, Michael enjoys travelling and all sports but particularly enjoys football, golf and horse racing. Where possible Michael likes to combine his passions with golf trips abroad in various different parts of the world. When not on the golf course Michael can be found on the race course watching horse racing and is a regular attendee at Cheltenham for race meetings and the festival meet.

    Land Registry - Change of Name

    From my initial contact with Michael Coward at FDC Law, I was immediately relieved and assured that he could offer the necessary conveyancing services and act on my behalf in order to advise my change of name on my property title deeds to HM Land Registry. Being a non-UK resident, this was all handled via current smartphone technology. His proactive approach was carried out with professionalism and promptness. He took time to explain all the steps and was very patient with my numerous questions. The end result was that the whole process was smooth and stress-free, saving me time and money. I highly recommend FDC Law to anyone seeking legal conveyancing services.

    Michael Coward acted for us in the sale and purchase of properties. His communication throughout the process was excellent and he was thorough and prompt with all paperwork and replies.     We chose Michael Coward at FDC Law partly because his communication from the moment I enquired was excellent.     Another great outcome working with Michael Coward on sale of investment property. From point of sale to completion in 6 weeks that was with a week or so delay waiting for agent's sales memo but in the interim Michael was working on getting info packs from 2 sets of managing agents to save time. Cannot recommend Michael highly enough he deals with all my and my family's property legal work he is calm, easy going and very knowledgeable. A delight to have on your side and highly recommend.
