From the first meeting Emily was reassuring. Gave good advice and helped us to make informed decisions at a very emotional time. Emily and is a good communicator and kept us informed all the way through the process of probate etc. and always replied in a very timely way. Emily also provided support when we had an HMRC problem which went beyond her remit and for which we were very grateful. All cost provided up front and Emily worked within her estimate.
