I cannot recommend Deborah Webster enough! She genuinely made buying a first home effortless. Even when time became an issue, Deborah reviewed information on a Sunday to ensure the sale went through.
She made me feel fully in control, explaining all her queries and concerns in simple terms, and was always available to talk.
I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Deborah or Grant Saw!

Deborah is a truly excellent solicitor, the best I have ever used. She acted for my daughter in her first time buy, identified errors in the lease and after careful negotiation corrected the errors and redrafted the documents to deliver a very significantly improved definition of the demised property - including adding ownership of the garden and extending the lease. Her calm, friendly, approachable but very professional approach is fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Deborah and have already instructed her for a second transaction.

Amazing solicitor and sevice
I can't thank Deborah enough, she was professional, kind and caring .
The sale of my Uncles house was dragging on due to the slow progress of the buyer . I was getting stressed with it , Deborah phoned me twice to have a chat and calm me down . I definitely chose the best solicitor. I would highly recommend her . Deborah secretary Clair was just as friendly and helpful as well

Complicated House Sale
Grant Saw helped us sell a house that was rather complicated due to probate issues, three owners and the house not being in the best condition. However, exchange and completion went smoothly and the new owners seem pleased with their purchase.

Seamless sale and purchase transactions
Deborah managed both transactions calmly and exceptionally quickly, keeping things moving and finding answers to our questions about easements and unregistered land.
Although almost all contact was carried out very efficiently by email, Deborah was also available when needed on the phone and we also had one face to face meeting just before exchange.
This was our first house move for almost 35 years and we felt reassured in Deborah's hands. She is exceptionally competent and professional.

Sale of Flat in the popular area of the Ashburnham Triangle, Greenwich
In June 2023 we contacted a local Estate Agent to arrange advertisement of our flat in Ashburnham Triangle. We were very quickly informed of someone who was considered a very interested buyer. We contacted Grant Saw Solicitors requesting legal representation for the sale.
Deborah Taite took on responsibility and it appeared to the Estate Agent that it would be likely to be a fairly straightforward sale.
Unfortunately, the solicitor for the buyer appeared to be very slow in handling the buyer's enquiries and many other issues.
Fortunately, Deborah Taite proved very competent, patient and calm in handling these difficult problems, resulting in a successful, albeit protracted, completion of sale.
