Katia’s main focus is the intellectual property services for startups, entrepreneurs, business and personal needs. Katia has an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from University College London. Katia obtained her first specialisation in Commercial and Corporate law at Charles University in Prague. She is a qualified lawyer in Belarus and has an International Law degree from Belarusian State University. Katia specialises in trademark registration, brand protection, patents, copyright, design law and prevention of IP risks and unfair competition. Her focus includes data protection advice and compliance, GDPR regulation, misleading advertising control, special IT and AI regulations and online reputation management. Katia provides IP services for small businesses, large companies, start-ups willing to register their logo and name, self-employed artists, photographers and creators. Her previous experience includes arbitration, legal negotiation and mediation and advising on international commercial contracts. Katia’s personal qualities contribute to the individual approach to each client and tailored case advisory. Katia is fluent in Russian, Belarusian, English and German.
