I consulted Claire for legal advice for the settlement agreement I was sent during my redundancy process. Claire was quickly available to help and was very helpful during our subsequent meeting, clearly explaining the main legal points of the agreement and clarifying that my employer's conduct during the process was all legal. She also kindly attempted to negotiate a higher ex-gratia bonus as part of my redundancy settlement, and promptly and clearly answered some additional queries I had before signing the agreement.
