Voluntary Redundancy Legal Advice

As part of a voluntary redundancy process, I was required to take legal advice. The deadline for resolving a settlement agreement was very short. Claire was exceptionally speedy in responding to my initial request for assistance, meeting with me virtually on the same day as the initial contact.

CT Employment Law was formed in October 2019 by Claire Thompson. Claire has over 20 years’ experience in employment law and practice gained working in national law firms in the Midlands. Claire’s client base ranges from multi-nationals to owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals. Claire advises on all aspects of employment law, including large scale reorganisations; disciplinary and grievance issues; TUPE; discrimination; Employment Tribunal claims; contracts, policies and procedures and contractual disputes. In addition, Claire has built a thriving immigration practice, advising both employers and individuals on the options to recruit skilled workers from overseas and on the various routes to live, work and settle in the UK for individuals and thier families.
