Have come across a settlement agreement with my company, I have contacted Claire from the first moment, sent her my documents and i wanted to make a small change on the agreement to give me an extra month pay she advised how to do that and my company accepted that and everything went so smoothly with her. I had very good results at the end also she is a great character very patient and polite with me thanks Claire 😊

I contacted Claire regarding a TUPE situation with my employer. My case, while by no means tiny, could be said is smaller compared to others out there, so it was difficult to find someone who has a "no job too small" attitude, where they don't immediately dismiss you or pressure you into longer, larger consultation packages. Asking Claire for advice was the best thing I could've done and immediately, I felt very much listened to and supported, and her help calmed me during a stressful time. Claire is very detail oriented, thorough and knowledgable, her legal analysis touching on all aspects of the situation. Her advice helped build a flowchart with the options, what to expect, the potential outcomes, etc. and she did so in layman terms. She explains the pros and cons of different approaches, clearly informing not only what I should make a decision about but helping weigh the risks. I felt that Claire's advice was not only for me as a client, but for me as a person; as an example, she would advise when I can reasonably do certain matters myself instead of relying on legal advice, helping me to not ensue additional costs. I'm incredibly grateful for the first-class service provided by Claire, and I really felt she went the extra mile. I will absolutely come back to Claire if I need further support and I would strongly recommend her to others in a similar situation. Thank you very much Claire!

Claire advised me on an employment settlement agreement which was processed on a fairly rapid basis. I received clear explanation of the various aspects of the agreement and guidance on the actions required and likely responses.
