Working with Joanne Frears is like having your own guardian angel - perhaps not what you'd associate with a lawyer, but she demystifies the contractual world including terms, conditions and small print and is very good at outlining what the core points of them are, and more importantly, how they are (or are not) relevant to my business. Combining this with the fact that she is not afraid to challenge or defend, and is extremely good in both positions means that on the odd occasion I've had a problem, it has been closed down quickly and efficiently.
