We recently used Sweeney Miller for the sale and purchase of our house. They were extremely helpful, had a great online platform meaning I could self serve for updates, but they were always very willing to take calls or email, answering promptly and thoroughly. They worked with such efficiency that, despite a set back and having to pull out of one purchase and find another home, we still preserved our buyers and managed to speed through the process for the purchase in incredible time. Exchanged today on the purchase of my new home. Sweeney Miller were recommended to me by my mortgage advisor and have been fantastic throughout. I have recently just purchased my first home and used Sweeney Miller Law. From the very start Stephanie Rutherford was extremely professional and helpful, I worried that I wouldn't understand some of the legal terms but she explained everything to me. Another thing which I was so grateful for was her patience as I had a couple of bumps in the road with my house purchase. The whole process of buying my home went very smoothly and I think that was definitely down to having a great solicitor.
