Great Service

David and Khushi were superb from start to finish. We were in a difficult family position with our move and both colleagues understood the need for speed and urgency and were always responsive to my emails and calls. David and Khushi were always pushing, at my request, to ensure completion could happen as soon as possible. Thank you!

Excellent and Highly Professional Firm

I went with Sweeney Miller to manage the sale of a flat in Newcastle upon Tyne. Throughout the process everyone working on my case was professional, approachable, and dependable. There were a few obstacles with the sale but the team communicated clearly and always in a timely manner. Would very much recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Minimum Solicitors

First paperwork my name was wrong. Felt like it was bear minimum with everything, poor email etiquette, had to chase jobs towards the end and just not convincing in anything.

Would have been helpful that when paperwork was needed, send a return envelope with postage to make the process easier.

My only thought might be that the firm is just taking on any work possible which is overloading the solicitors making them not take time on things and go the extra mile.

We loved working with Elizabeth and Mel on our sale and purchase. They are really good at what they do. Angela and I love that they are so approachable, responsive and on it. Our case was pretty intense at times with the chain below us but we are there now and loving our new home :) Thank so much, Dave and Angela x x

Sweeney Miller recently helped me purchase my first home and I have to say I can't fault their service. I was assigned to Irenna but Elizabeth was my main contact throughout the process and she was amazing! She provided progress updates all the way through, always responds to my email swiftly and provided advice when I had questions. I also had several email exchanges with Kierra who was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work guys! You're doing a brilliant job!!
