I honestly can’t fault Zeeshan and Millie who dealt with our property purchase from start to finish. They were both absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. There was quite a lot of back and forth during the purchase, mainly because the seller’s solicitors were taking a very long time to respond and, at times,there was little to no communication. Despite this, Zeeshan and Millie were always very quick to respond whenever I got in touch. Even when they were waiting for information themselves and didn’t have an immediate answer for us, they always took the time to keep us updated and explain what was happening. They were incredibly helpful, patient and responsive throughout, and genuinely did everything they could to make what could have been a very stressful process as smooth as possible. I’m really grateful for all their hard work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a solicitor for their property purchase. From acceptance of initial offer to completion it took approx 9-10 weeks.
