I’ve used Sweeney Miller Law for a sale and two purchases. Leanne was great through the whole process and very thorough. Aided by Lauren everything was made easy. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again in the future.

Super fast house purchase
We approached the firm with a request to get us a quick turnaround on a purchase in Sunderland. They managed this admirably, with the minimum amount of fuss, excellent communication, and quick responses to our queries. Great experience!
Great to deal with. It was our first time buying a house. The communication and efficiency was extremely professional and they were always happy to help or speak to when needing advice.

I used Leanne’s services twice
I have used Leanne’s twice. First, selling my house and then purchasing my new place separately. Both times I received great service. The communication was on point, I didn't need to chase anything that wasn't done. The process of purchasing my new property was very problematic due to the incompetency of the vendor's solicitors. Leanne went out of her way to make sure we completed the process and she minimised the delays caused by the other side by taking matters into her own hands, which were not her responsibilities. Leanne is professional and very good in what she does. Thank you Leanne.

Amazing professional services
We as first time buyers were very nervous about the whole process but Leanne was very thorough and professional and explained us everything throughout. She was prompt in answering our queries and kept us updated. She made the entire process very smooth for us and we’ll highly recommend her services
