We have now worked with the team at Sweeney Miller twice, in relation to house purchases. They are an extremely professional organisation, their communication is excellent they are timely and thorough in all that they do. Costings are upfront and clear. The two members of the team who managed our case in the main were Elizabeth and Ellie and they have been amazing throughout, they are tenacious, professional and supportive and hats off to them they have done an excellent job thank you both. In addition the reception team and admin team were also superb dealing with enquiry’s and they always passed my message on or dealt with paperwork in a way I felt confident it would be passed to the correct person and that my enquiry would be dealt with. On the last day I was a bit concerned and the manager ( sorry I can’t recall your name) rang me directly and allayed my concerns and then rang me back later to check all was in order, thank you that helped so much.

Elizabeth was brilliant throughout the entire process of purchasing our first property in London. She was always quick to respond to any enquiries and provided timely updates and information when necessary. I had heard lots of about dealing with solicitors but Sweeney Miller and Elizabeth were always approachable and helpful. The estate agent we worked with also mentioned how impressed they were with Elizabeth and Sweeney Miller - we suggested that they recommend them to future sellers and/or buyers. Sweeney Miller Law are easily the best solicitors for buying/selling a house that we have encountered. Elizabeth (and Ellie) were so helpful with any queries we had, they always responded to emails very quickly, they chased our buyers solicitors when they were dragging their heels, and they just came across as geniunely nice people who were doing their jobs efficiently, which is all we ask for. There was a couple of little hiccups with the Digital Move App/site, but again when we queried anything the response was almost immediate. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you so much.
