I was introduced to Andrew Ford through an old friend to help with a very sensitive issue. From the very first call, which was out of office hours and very quick. Andrew has been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only by getting the issue dropped before anything went to court, but also by the incredibly understanding and compassionate manner in which he dealt with everything. He understood the very human element of what was going on and worked relentlessly for a swift resolution. Geena was also part of the team and was also exceptionally professional, responsiveness, diligent and caring. The values of the firm clearly run throughout the whole team, aswell as their unquestionable legal skills. I hope I never have to, but it would only be Holborn Adams that I would use in the future.

I would like to say a big thank you to Holborn Adams, Geena and Ravi. It has been an exceptionally difficult last 1.5 years for me and my family. However, I have received a better-than-hoped for result at the end (12 months suspended sentence) due to the excellent and professional service by Geena and Ravi. They both have gone above and beyond with their communication, advice, guidance and long working hours to get me to the best possible outcome. Geena in particular has been exceptional. I do know that without Holborn Adams there would be a very different ending to the nightmare I had been living for the last 18 months. I had the unfortunate experience of being accused of something that I didn’t do, I had never had an issue with the police before and the whole experience was daunting and sent me to a dark place and I felt lost. In step Holborn Adams, my first contact was with Fay, she was a very calm reassuring voice and someone who clearly cared about the client. She has been with me throughout the process and she was as pleased as I was with the outcome I could hear the sincerity in her voice. Her availability was constant and that helped me massively particularly in the early days. She fully had my back in all of this and I will forever be grateful. I then spoke to Adam, who has taken responsibility for the case and the outcome and he is incredible, he really knows his stuff, clearly strives for the best outcome and is a natural leader and winner. When he speaks, it’s with authority and reassurance that you’re in the right hands. His knowledge of the legal system, police, CPS, is second to none. His strategy was perfect and he managed to time this with almost telepathic accuracy about what was next and what we would do. Geena is a crucial part of the team and one that combines professional excellence with empathy and compassion for the client. I really felt that she was fully invested in my case with me and that makes such a big difference. Her work has been phenomenal and she was integral to the outcome. I will also now take advice from HA about any other issues I have. They are by far the best firm out there and the team I worked with are like my guardian angels!
