Following changes to IHT legislation, I consulted Katrina on the best way to deal with a property I have owned for over 25 years. It has never been let or used commercially and is, in effect a "second home". It is abroad. Katrina quickly sorted out the best solution, including putting it into joint names with my wife first, to avoid any "advance IHT" charges that might have arisen . At a quoted fee estimate at the outset, everything was completed in a most efficient manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Katrina to anyone.
