As stress free as a house move can get!

Melanie and Lindsay were beyond excellent at managing our recent house move, they were always two steps ahead, super responsive and kept us well informed of progress - I didn't have to chase them once. It was one less thing to have to worry about and after having such a great experience working with them, I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you so much!

We used Melanie as first time buyers for our home. Melanie was patient, kind and always on hand with advice. Melanie was very quick at responding to any questions we had via email.

Our process was quick and calm, I believe this was down to Melanie’s hard work and consistent updates for us.

Really excellent conveyancer

We used Melanie Brockbank as our conveyancer for our house purchase and found her to be really excellent - always available, very responsive to queries, issues, and requests for advice, and crucially - very sensible and person-oriented in her dealings with us. We really felt like she cared about her clients and getting the best outcome for them. She was also really accessible and we had proper individualised, end-to-end continuity of service from her too. Consistently Deliver!

Moss have consistently delivered on a number of occasions. The wills and probate department - dealing with the loss of my parents and the Conveyancing department - on various property transactions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Traditional, local and approachable.

I was sceptical of Moss when they were mentioned to me, I have trust issues of my own. Then, Rita was recommended to me and both Rita and everyone at Moss Solicitors made me feel welcome and thy are all very friendly and put your fears to sleep. Rita went above and beyond with my case, the communication from Rita to myself was second to none, and I will be using Moss again, in fact, I already have. There is nothing they wouldn’t do for you.

I have just used the conveyancy department, A lady called Melanie helped me through all of the transaction.
My family an I are oustanded by how quickly this transaction went through, Melanie answered my emails daily and almost instantly.
5 Weeks and 4 days for my transaction to complete ! Im so pleased, of course you will be doing any further purchases.
