Katrina Greenwell was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Melanie was fantastic when she worked for us when we were buying a property. She always let is know exactly what was happening and what to expect at each stage. We were looking for a new solicitor and my IFA recommended Moss. We had a meeting with Katrina Greenwell to review our overall situation (wills, trusts etc and a query regarding our property registration). Katrina was thorough and pragmatic and we decided nothing needed to be updated at this time except the property query which she was able to sort within a couple of days. All our paperwork with our previous solicitors has now been transferred to Moss. We are very satisfied with their service.

I recently completed the purchase of a house in England while living overseas. It took a few months to complete due to some negotiations on the inclusion of items and complications with the property, but my solicitor handled it all efficiently. We communicated mostly by email with the occasional phone call. The service was clear and straightforward and the upfront estimate of costs was realistic. The only unanticipated expenses were fairly minor, to do with a specific issue with wastewater management at the property, not something that could realistically have been predicted by the solicitor.
