Jas recently joined the firm as a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department. He has had 5 years working as a para-legal then trainee solicitor in another Leicestershire law firm focusing on Commercial Property transactions – he qualified in 2023. Jas has extensive Commercial Property knowledge including drafting Leases & Lease Renewals, buying & selling Commercial Property, property finance, transfer of equity and auctions. He has also acted on behalf of Lenders and provided legal advice on various transactions ensuring their interest is always protected. Prior to qualifying, Jas graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 degree in Law (LLB Honours) and a Masters in Law (LLM). In his spare time, Jas enjoys travelling, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends.
