After graduating with a First Class Honours (LL.B.) from the University of Leicester, Jo trained and qualified with a leading international law firm where she acted for notable high-street retailers as well as some of the UK’s largest property investment companies. Having gained invaluable experience, Jo went on to work for medium-sized firms in the north and south of England, before returning to her East Midlands roots and joining Moss in 2020. Jo has a professional and thorough approach to her work, and looks forward to playing a pivotal role in developing and expanding the Firm’s commercial property offering.

    Léase renewal negotiations

    Jo Showan took trouble to understand my family’s situation and our objectives as landlords in the business lease renewal. She kept to estimated costs and kept us well informed of how negotiations were proceeding. She dealt firmly with the tenant’s solicitors.

    Highly recommend solicitors

    I couldn’t highly recommend enough, moss solicitors. specifically Jo showan, She has been our main point of contact for advice, matters of lease information and completion for the last couple years. She is very thorough and very client focused. We would not go anywhere else, and would not hesitate to use again if needed in the future.
