Sergiu and Natalie went above board when representing me at first. Both showed that they cared and in particular Sergiu was fantastic from my first meeting and then along the way. Then Paul was a reassuring figure in the magistrates. He certainly knew his law which was vital. He made me feel supported and backed up. Then being represented by Liam. His knowledge and patience helped secure an acquittal and in turn saved lots of further anxiety and even money. Liam showed a personable touch and showed that he cared. Then a mention at all staff who work behind the scenes and have replied to emails of taken calls from me. My only constructive feedback would be to simplify some of the technical law vocabulary and language. There are many words used that can add to one’s anxiety. Simplifying the words helps a lot.

From my very first experience with Neil Clarke, I immediately saw the exceptional standard that Carter Osborne upholds. It was clear right away that this is a law firm that only brings in top-class solicitors — professionals who not only have deep legal knowledge, but who also show genuine care for their clients. What impressed me most was the level of expertise across a wide range of legal matters. Whether the case was straightforward or complex, every solicitor I’ve dealt with demonstrated in-depth understanding of the law. The firm also has solicitors with high rights of advocacy, which gave me great confidence knowing they could represent me at the highest levels if needed. It’s rare to find such a well-rounded team under one roof. The team consistently go above and beyond, not just as legal representatives but as people who truly care about doing what’s right. They always made sure I understood my options, and that my opinions and concerns were taken seriously. I never felt like just another case number — I felt heard, respected, and supported. A special thank you goes to Andrew and Liam, who have been absolutely outstanding throughout. Their guidance has been spot-on, their dedication unwavering, and they’ve often gone out of their way to help me in ways that weren’t required, just because they wanted to make a difference. They fought for what was fair, made sure I was fully informed, and always prioritised what was in my best interest. I genuinely can’t thank them enough. Carter Osborne is a shining example of what a law firm should be — skilled, professional, compassionate, and always client-focused. It's reassuring to know that people out there have access to such high-calibre solicitors. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had their support, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone in need of expert legal representation.
