I was extremely impressed with the service I recieved from Carter Osborne, and specifically from Andrew Gibson. Having never found myself before in the confusing and frightening position of being charged with a criminal offence (which I believed was not justified), Andrew took the trouble to explain everything carefully and clearly to me, and was then able to deal with the matter quickly and efficiently resulting in my charges being dropped before I had to appear in court. He made sure that he understood all the details and was able to communicate very effectively with the CPS. He also ensured that my application for costs were submitted. I always felt that I was in very capable hands, and I will always be very grateful for the help he gave me. I would recommend Carter Osborne without reservation.

Andrew James Gibson

The communication with my solicitor, Mr. Andrew Amaning, was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Mr. Andrew Amaning explained everything to me in detail. I never felt unsafe. It was an honour to have Mr. Andrew Amaning as my solicitor because he always went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Andrew Amaning because he is a top solicitor, but also an honest person with emotional intelligence, which is rare in today's world.

On Tuesday 21st april 2026 Natalie Lafford represented me as i had to give a interview about i crime i never commited and she was my duty free solicitor and she toldme every thing i needed to do and told what i should say if i did one thing or the other 10 out of 10 for her good work would recomend to friends and family so thank you for her help

Unfortunately I was involved in a regulatory case, that started in 2019 and it lasted for 6 years! 6 long years of Court hearings, many failed attempts to find a decent solicitor who would be able to help me with my case, until I found Mr Dan Svoronos! In a short period of time he managed to get me the Legal Aid, represented me in both Magistrates Court and Crown Court hearings and achieved the impossible: from a penalty of nearly £80k, he reduced it to £3500! Throughout the process he showed genuine compassion, dedication, professionalism and high knowledge of Law! Thank you for changing my life.

I have been using this company for a very long time who were originally known as carter slater & co. I can’t emphasise enough in how much they have helped me and have always acted in my best interest. The carter brothers retired and osborne were incorporated and it’s even got better thanks to andrew Gibsons new services and new members. I am 45 nearly and if remember well enough I think mr cater acted for me when I was as 16!!! That’s a nearly 30 years and unfortunately I have been always getting in trouble for the wrong reasons and I think they have been instructed at least 30 times minimum. I will let Andy reply back if that’s too low..:-))) on all occasions 10/10. Today was a day where mr Clarke literally walked all over the cps Legals and judge. If you ever get in trouble, don’t look anywhere other than carter osborne Wellingborough. The best criminal defence lawyers iv ever come across!!
