I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough, especially Nigel, who represented me throughout my case. From the very beginning, Nigel was incredibly supportive, compassionate and professional. Going through a legal matter can be extremely stressful and overwhelming, but Nigel had a way of making me feel at ease and reassured every step of the way. He genuinely cared about my situation, listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His advice was absolutely fantastic, and he made sure I understood my rights and knew exactly where I stood throughout the process. I never felt like just another case — I felt listened to, respected and genuinely supported. What stood out most to me was Nigel's passion and dedication. He was knowledgeable, approachable and always made me feel that I was in safe hands. Having someone like that on your side when you're dealing with something difficult makes such a huge difference. Sergiu and Natalie went above board when representing me at first. Both showed that they cared and in particular Sergiu was fantastic from my first meeting and then along the way. Then Paul was a reassuring figure in the magistrates. He certainly knew his law which was vital. He made me feel supported and backed up. Then being represented by Liam. His knowledge and patience helped secure an acquittal and in turn saved lots of further anxiety and even money. Liam showed a personable touch and showed that he cared. Then a mention at all staff who work behind the scenes and have replied to emails of taken calls from me. My only constructive feedback would be to simplify some of the technical law vocabulary and language. There are many words used that can add to one’s anxiety. Simplifying the words helps a lot.

I have been using this company for a very long time who were originally known as carter slater & co. I can’t emphasise enough in how much they have helped me and have always acted in my best interest. The carter brothers retired and osborne were incorporated and it’s even got better thanks to andrew Gibsons new services and new members. I am 45 nearly and if remember well enough I think mr cater acted for me when I was as 16!!! That’s a nearly 30 years and unfortunately I have been always getting in trouble for the wrong reasons and I think they have been instructed at least 30 times minimum. I will let Andy reply back if that’s too low..:-))) on all occasions 10/10. Today was a day where mr Clarke literally walked all over the cps Legals and judge. If you ever get in trouble, don’t look anywhere other than carter osborne Wellingborough. The best criminal defence lawyers iv ever come across!! Neal thanks again and will be popping over with the usual x mas munchies for you guys in the coming days. Andy if you read this make sure Neal, Alistair and team know.
