Tim was Senior Partner of the Firm until his retirement in 2021 since when he has assisted the Firm in a Consultancy capacity. Tim has spent his professional life with the Firm initially as a Trainee under the guidance of Eric Moyle, and subsequently becoming qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and a Partner a few years thereafter. His specialisms are in residential and commercial property as well as appointments as Court of Protection Deputy and as Professional Attorney under lasting powers for several private clients. Sailing is Tim’s method of escape and he can often be found on his boat on the waters of the Solent or further afield as where the wind takes him.
